DELIVERY INFORMATION

When you place an order with us you agree to our terms and conditions. Part of these terms are that you read and agree to our delivery information guideline below which gives you estimates and a provides you with information based on our estimations. We use a range of courier services including our own service to make sure your product arrives on time and hassle free. We will do our best to make contact with you prior to the shipping your order. We take security very seriously, for fraud and security checks, we many on some orders, only ship your goods once we have spoken with you, this can mean that your product may not arrive when you wanted it to. Make sure you see this in the cart process and leave good contact details like a work phone number in the more notes on the order page.

TYPES OF DELIVERY

Next day delivery - Order before 1pm - estimated next day delivery. This is on selected orders providing the option is checked on checkout and the item is the correct size and weight for the courier or our delivery team.
1-3 working days - Providing you order on a weekday.
5 working days - Weekend orders begin processing on the following working day week; Monday. This applies to free delivery and large based items. All orders placed on the weekend and certain calendar holidays may ship the next following day/s - providing on our delivery team and our third party couriers terms.
FREE DELIVERY - on orders over £95 - 1-3 working days. Some special offer orders include free delivery already, this will be live on the cart page and there will be no option to turn free delivery off. All orders on 99.9% of our products providing there is no promotion or specific terms applied that total the cart over £95 receive free delivery. This is free UK mainland only delivery.

TERMS OF DELIVERY

Delivery Charges - Apply to all orders unless otherwise stated. Free delivery on orders over £95 may be subject to conditions. Free deliveries on orders over £95 do not apply to trade accounts. All delivery costs are based on delivery to UK mainland only. An order is only eligble for free delivery if the delivery address is within the UK and the order is over £95 - we cannot be held responsible or liable for failure to accept this notice - we reserve this notice and where notices on the site appear to say "Free Delivery" these are terms applied to that statement.
Delivery and completion - Whilst delivery and completion dates are given in good faith, based upon information current at the time of quotation, such dates are not guaranteed and we do not accept liability for delays which are beyond our control.
Delivery: loss or damage in transit - Goods delivered by carrier must be checked for damage and or number of pieces received. If the number of pieces does not match with the delivery note details you must note the number received. Such words as uncounted, unchecked or not examined will not be accepted on the delivery note. Any damage to the goods and you must cross out delivered in good condition on the delivery note before you sign it. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO CHECK YOUR ORDER. A signature is an acceptance that you have received the whole order in good condition. Any shortages or damages must be reported within a reasonable time and in writing with in 7 days. The carriers or fit-equip cannot be held responsible for shortages or damages if it is not recorded on the delivery note. It is the responsibility of the customer to take delivery of the goods. Non delivery may incur additional charges from the carrier which the customer will be responsible for.
