5 reasons to start rowing

1) COMPLETE WORKOUT

When you are using a rowing machine you are actually just about using pretty much every muscle in your entire body. The heart, the legs, the arms, your shoulders, your lower legs, your hands and wrists and the core muscles of of your trunk. You are also working out your abdominals.

Because the machine is providing a lower based motion, it is eliminating strain on the joints and can enable you to row for longer.

Like the treadmill, and cycle machines, rowing machines also offer a complete weight loss system – simplified by a dual based concept, the first of that due to the cardiovascular effects of the exercise and the later being that of the development of the muscles while you are working out.
