What the review system is for? What is the review system?
Our product review system is just that. It is collection of customer reviews and comments and ratings on a product they have bought. The system is a way of finding out what a customer thought of our products and the experience they experienced. Experience in terms of for example, if they have a suggestion like hanging a punch bag in a garage, how they went on doing this. This gives other customers the insight and connection to our brand. The overview of a product review
How do you add a review?
Once you have bought a product from any of the Fit-Equip-Network sites visit your account area. www.fit-equip.com/accounts
Step 1 - Login to your account to add a review
Login to e-Control panel at fit-equip.com/accounts
Step 2 - Select add a review in the Accounts CP (e-CP)
Select add a review option.
Step 3 - Select the your order where the product is you wish to review
Choose from your previous/past and current orders where the product is that you wish to review on.
Step 4 - Press add review on the order page (invoice page)
When you have selected your order, it loads your order page, with tracking information and the order status including delivery notes or notes to customer services with regards to the account - scroll to the bottom and press add review next to the product in the order overview.
Step 5 - Type your review, select a star rating and press submit
Fill in your review, press the product star rating and then press submit - add review. Your review will go to a customer services team manager who will manually submit your review - this can take anything up to 24hours to 72hours. You will get an e-mail to tell inform that your review is live on the site!
